Braised Cabbage

Braised Cabbage, never did I imagine cabbage alone could count as dinner, but I find this cabbage completely addictive. This braised cabbage recipe is wedges of cabbage slow cooked with butter and thyme until tender. The absolute best way to eat cabbage! In my opinion, cabbage is a totally underrated vegetable. It’s inexpensive, readily available year round and is totally delicious when prepared properly.

Serve this succulent cabbage recipe with Grilled Tri Tip Steak, St. Louis-Style Steak or Savory Grilled T-Bones.
