Garlic Onion Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 plain cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 bunch of green onions diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • finely chopped pecans for the outer coating

Instructions

  1. Make sure you cream cheese is softened so you can stir it. if needed, soften it in the microwave.
  2. Mix in garlic salt, onions, bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese until combined.
  3. Place in the fridge and let cool until the cream cheese gets hard.
  4. Pour the pecans on a piece of saran wrap. Place the harden cheese on top.
  5. Roll the cream cheese into the shape of a ball and so the pecans cover the ball.
  6. Serve immediately or place in the fridge until ready to eat.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
