This is a super simple Crockpot BBQ Coca-Cola Pulled Pork Recipe! Juicy and tender pork has never been better! Serve with slaw and corn on the cob. This easy Pork recipe is made with pork tenderloin, pantry spices and coke to tenderize the meat and add sweetness to the seasonings. The result if perfect, tender and juicy pork cooked in the slow cooker! 

Succulent, juicy, and bursting with flavor, pulled pork is a lot easier to make than you might expect. Simply seasoned and classic, this pork recipe is super adaptable, too!

To store: You can freeze this pork recipe if you don’t think you’ll have a chance to eat it within the next 3 to 4 days. The key is to help the meat retain as much moisture as possible, since the freezing process will dry it out. Add any leftover cooking juices and rendered fat to the packages when you freeze the pulled pork.

Serve this pulled pork with Quick Southern-Style Baked Beans from Pioneer Woman, String Bean and Potato Salad or Broccoli Salad.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Approx. 3 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce {18 oz.}
  • 1 can Coca-Cola {12 oz.}
  • Optional: 1/2 white onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. If using sliced onions, first place on the bottom of Crockpot.
  2. Cut Pork Tenderloin in half across width, then place 2 pieces in Crockpot. {or on top of sliced onions if using onions}
  3. Mix together BBQ Sauce and Coke in mixing bowl and stir well.
  4. Pour BBQ Sauce and Coke mixture over Pork, and cover Crockpot.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 – 7 hours, or until done.
  6. Remove from Crockpot, and Shred on cutting board using 2 forks.
  7. Serve on plates or on burger buns, and drizzle with extra leftover sauce from the crockpot after shredded to keep moist.
