Ingredients

Scale
  • Oil, to pan sear the chicken
  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp char siu sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic & ginger
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Mix the chicken with the marinade and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Pan sear the chicken from both sides.
  3. Serve with garlic and egg fried rice.
