Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together Stevia, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and red pepper.
  2. Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour into jar with lid and refrigerate. Makes about ½ cup.
