This is a delicious recipe for Savory Grilled T-Bones. Much better than the steakhouse. There's something sexy about a T-bone steak. There's great flavor from the bone for one thing, and who doesn't enjoy gnawing that list bit of deliciously grilled T-Bone?

Serve with a baked potato and Quick Southern-Style Baked Beans from Pioneer Woman, Sauteed Spinach & Garlic or < a href="https://www.goingmywayz.com/creamed-kale/">Creamed Kale.

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  2. 1/4 cup olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  7. 1 tablespoon honey
  8. 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  9. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  12. 6 beef T-bone steaks (16 ounces each)
Instructions
  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 11 ingredients; add steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat for 6-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°).
